In standard conditions we deliver products by ground service. The estimated delivery time varies from 7 to 10 days depending on your location and is subject to stock availability.

If you’d like to receive your order sooner, please see our options for 2nd day and overnight shipping for an additional charge. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.


For large & oversized equipment freight (LTL dock to dock) shipments you can customize your shipping options once products have been added to your shopping cart. We offer multiple delivery options to help best meet your needs, such as:

  • Liftgate
  • Inside delivery
  • Debris & Pallet removal
  • Residential delivery
  • Call ahead delivery
  • White glove delivery services

LTL shipment cost will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery services & options requested.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only, DJO will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
