21st Annual PT Education Leadership Conference (ELC)

For over two decades, the Physical Therapy Education Leadership Conference (ELC) has been the place where academic physical therapy comes together to think boldly, challenge assumptions, and shape what comes next.

ELC is a collaborative initiative between the APTA Academy of Education (AoE) and the American Council of Academic Physical Therapy (ACAPT). Since 2005, this conference has united leaders, faculty, clinicians, researchers, and educators from across the profession to exchange ideas, explore innovation, and advance excellence in physical therapy education.

As health professions education continues to evolve in response to technological advancement, workforce shifts, and changing learner expectations, ELC offers timely programming designed to equip educators, clinicians, and professionals across the physical therapy community with the insight and strategies needed to lead with clarity and impact.
